Return Policy

This statement discloses the return policy of SANAT Co. on its Don Quixote website.

Are displeased or distressed by your purchase from Don Quixote and would you like to return or exchange your order? The process is easy and inexpensive! Since Don Quixote sells food products, those that have been opened and used to any degree cannot be returned. Therefore, a refund of your original purchase price is commonly given. Or, if you prefer, we can send a replacement product of your choice instead of the refund.

We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Please note that only unopened products can be returned. However, our products are heavy and costly to ship. In most cases, therefore, the return of a product is not required.

Please note the following exception to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return or simply give us a call at 888-445-3262.
  2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Additional Information:

  • Refunds/store credits are issued within 24 hours of approval of the return.
  • Replacement product is shipped within 24 hours of approval of the return unless temporarily out of stock.
  • There are NO restocking fees.
  • Replacement items will be sent at no charge in the event your shipment was lost or damaged in transit.
  • No policy can cover all possible contingencies. Feel free to discuss with us the unique nature and circumstances of your request for a return, credit, or exchange. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email or call us as soon as possible at and 888-445-3262 respectively with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
