Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt unless the product ordered is temporarily out of stock. Orders received during weekends and holidays are processed and shipped the following Monday or the day after the holiday if it falls during the work week. After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 


Your order will be shipped via the most appropriate carrier suitable to your location. USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS, and FedEx are most commonly employed. Delivery can typically be expected within 2 to 8 days from the shipment date.

However, please note that shipping disruptions beyond our control can occur. Common causes of a delay in delivery of your order may be, but are not limited to, severe weather events, congestion at the carrier’s facilities due to under-staffing or seasonal holiday overload, and damage or loss in transit. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for our carriers to post accurate tracking information to the links associated with the tracking number.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We currently offer 2-tiered flat rate shipping to all locations in the United States.  The tiers are

Economy (2 to 8 business days) @ $4.90

Standard (2 to 4 business days) @ $9.90

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship to any countries outside the US except Canada. This policy is subject to change. Please check our shipping policy in the future as we anticipate expansion to countries beyond the borders of the United States.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the product is unused and in its original condition.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email or call us as soon as possible at and 888-445-3262 respectively with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
